What program are you using? I've seen so many artists use the same program but I don't know what it's called. I only have Art Studio for the iPad and I thought maybe this program could improve the looks of my drawings.

Question; How did you get that effect on the background?....It's not just a solid color, it's like...chalky
i mostly play with different brush textures, SAI has a lot of them and i like the rock ones the best! and if you lower the opacity, it'll come out even chalkier, and then you can play with layer settings like lumi + shade to make the colors just right. hope that helps, and thank you!
