You may notice a strange edit at the 14:18 mark. That's because I had to remove a tiny section of video as a result of FC Barcelona claiming all the monetisation on this video, and I was forced to remove a tiny clip of Messi scoring his first goal.
@@asefjamilajwad Made worse by the fact I sent them multiple emails, which were all ignored. I wasn't emailing someone random. I emailed the exact person who claimed the revenue for the entire video because of a 10 second clip.
@@RealEngineering i really don't get copyright law. First off, the fact that they 'own' every footage of their player seems pretty weird to me. If i go watch a FCB match, film it with my camera, they get to claim all ownership of my video because it included one of their players? That would be like Boeing claiming all my monetization if their airplanes happen to be in my uploaded video's.
Secondly, the fact that they can claim ALL monetization for a 10 sec clip of a video that's not even remotely about them or their assets, is insane. I would still understand if they get to claim a small % of monetization, but it's not like they're losing profits because one of their player gets promoted? On the contrary, you provided free marketing. It's really insane how easy it is to make claims

Elon Musk: "im about to end this man's whole career"
This network works best for servicing low-density areas of the world. Cities have too much customer density for starlink to serve them all at a reasonable bandwidth, though they would still provide the lowest latency.
It will still offer some competition in these areas, but could only ever capture a small market share of the total bandwith usage.
Expect Starlink to dominate mainly in rural areas, where customer density is lower, and the cost to connect new customers via fiber is high.
@@JosephHarner Not sure where this misinformation originates from, but its wrong.
It uses phased arrays, so having lots of users in one area, is not an issue.
And in terms of bandwidth, Starlink would be better off at handling insane amount of users and loads, than the current ground based systems, due to having multiple links to multiple other sats. The term you are looking for, is bandwidth congestion, and like i said, Starlink is most likely better off than ground based solutions in cities.
Starlink will dominate more than just rural areas, because low latency applications are becoming more and more common, and if there is a cheaper faster solution, people will use it.
@@draken5379. lol. You're the pandering misinformation, you're just a Google search away from getting the facts but nope, keep your tinfoil hat

Krypton thrusters?
Is Elon Musk really Lex Luthor?
🤔
I think Musk went for Krypton instead of Xenon because he's such a geek and couldn't resist.
I've been waiting to find out he's really bald for years now. But Bezos is definitely Cobra Commander
*Edit* I meant to say Destro, but you get the point
Lex Luthor is an earthling. Kal-El also known as Clark Kent/Superman was from Krypton
@@japatel88
jeff bezos lex luthor, Elon iron man
Lots of clutter in the night skies and nowhere to escape from work ever again... there's obvious benefits to this, but its kinda sad as well. Can't wait to have people livestreaming from every trail and mountain peak... 😔
When real life is better than fiction.
Not better but stranger.
Being in such a rural area with basically dial-up, im really looking forward to this
Same, we consider ourselves lucky currently just to have crappy cellphone hotspot signal (3G only) because it's at least marginally better than current satellite internet. StarLink will be a total game changer for us.
The best part is that the 5G wireless providers will be in direct competition with StarLink --- that means service will get faster and faster for a low price
wat??? ppl are still using dial ups
@@billbelzek6748 except cable will never be able to compete with vacuum
@@billbelzek6748 If they ever provide or give good enough 5G services in rural areas, that is.
As I'm watching I'm realizing he's mentioning new tech over new tech over new tech and I realize this required a huge team to put together. Good job

I am amazed by how the entire world just let Elon Musk go ahead and do starlink.
This video was so fantastic. I can't imagine how much work it was to put all of this together!! Well done and thank you!
Yeah all the utter BS collected in this one is pretty amazing accomplishment...
@@rap1df1r3 ur such a fucking idiot. u think this is bs and yet still watch the video. why would anyone trust a bullshitter like yourself? fuckin parasite licking off peoples shoe

Elon about to put every internet provider out of business.
sounds really crazy to me 😂.
By just imagining how a single person can be so much powerful.
*every human....
sed8me, what do you mean?
Do the maths as a reactive circuit.
Let alone just what it is in its fundamental elements.
No Cable, I’m fine with that, cable uses satellites as well !
I can’t wait for the announcement when Starlink will go public. I need to save up my money now for this. This is a game changer.
It is already public.
@@MikeNapoli1989 No it's not. They only have 900 satellites in orbit of the 12,000 approved. They are only in the beta testing phase. I live in Texas and there is no beta testing ready in my area, so I am still waiting. It is not ready for an IPO. It won't be until they have at least 4,000 satellites up where they can provide service to most of America.
imagine being in a forest in the middle of nowhere but watching youtube at teh same time LOL
It has a secret function. He needs a worldwide parallel computing via [neural] network so that he can create a *catgirl army to mars*
we need the weebs worlwide to unite
Kumo Kirsclerg oh yea
Damn it Elon! This sounds like the start of skynet.
Either that or it can be used as a secret planetary defense system against asteroids.
shhh!!!
can't wait for this
This will be great for signal during a major emergency like an earthquake or landslide, etc. Rescue teams will be able to communicate and react instantly anywhere globally.
This video was so well done. One of your best and that's saying a lot.
Engineering wise, definitely. The rest (financial projections; who the network is intended for) just exagerated PR nonsense.
You are high on musk. This video has some of the worst calculations on this channel.
All this so Musk can get great pings playing online games while he travels the world doing business.
and i am supporting this endeavor, go Elon!
and the fact that he not keeping it to himself is good!
Head shotting dem bitches on cod. 360 no scop tricx shot
Like actually all the people doing business flights will be able to do their work there.
Right now you will be lucky to send emails if there’s wifi at all.
And no more downloading all the stuff for plane, just use Netflix.
Though that’s a bit sad because the plane really is an awesome place to disconnect.
it is an easy anwer, starlink means connection with the stars and life in other planets
Here after the Starlink release and SpaceX Dragon success Nov 2020 !!
Absolute madlad
Great explanation
This is a smatest, the most concise and pertinent video on the starlink project I've been able to watch. Thank you for that.
Took the words right out of my fingertip. Excellent video.
Have to agree. A great many presenters could learn from this piece.
