Has anyone thought that Benjamin will always have videos to look back to! To see the accomplishments and different age stages of his mother and father. I thought it was so sweet and special! 😍🖤🌱

I'm sure they also have tons of video that have nothing to do with gardening. That's the difference between these new generations of kids and when I was a kid. Video cameras are ubiquitous now. Not so much when I was growing up.

@@Bamboo4U2 your comment made me think of the camera my parents had when I was growing up, practically from the stone age! I'm so glad we don't even need cameras anymore, I take pics and vids of gardens and grandkids with my phone!

That is a very lovely and consciencous comment. It is so kind of you to take the time to notice so much of someone's self development. You must be aware of your own presence in others lives as well? If you care so much, surely you have this same positive affect on those around you. You must be so loving to be around. It was so great to see your observation. It truly warmed my heart. Blessings to you.

Know what I'd love a lot more? If they could create playlists for each year and put the videos in ascending order, starting with the first video of the year and the last one their last video in December of that year.

Perfect location for them, too, Laura! All that hard work you did on the big, old lilac is REALLY paying off now! Its multiple trunks make an interesting backdrop for everything else! Were those 3-gallon size plants? They're so big & healthy looking! You've now made this one of my favorite beds in your garden! Hi Laura, Aaron and Benjamin! Aaron, the drone shot was exceptional, thank you! I love the color of the Invincibelle Ruby Smooth Hydrangea. I keep thinking how pretty they would be with the Limelight Hydrangeas. If they are the same size, planted in a row, side by side, if they are shorter, planted in front. Also, if they have the same bloom times, or very similar, that would be so beautiful! Love lime green and pinks/purples together. Thank you for sharing!

I love hydrangeas however I did not have many blooms this year. I would love to get some of these Invincibelle Ruby hydrangeas in my garden. The video production and drone shots are excellent - inspiring video production. I will have to keep on working at it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. You are one of my inspirations. I have learned a lot from you. Thank you.

This area seems to be your "H" bed. Hostas, Hydrangeas, Hellebores (sp) and I think there was one other. ALL beautiful. Love the pink addition!

Those are gorgeous.. and I'm happy to hear they are zone 3. Something that will live in my zone. Getting almost too late to plant this fall - we're getting close to frost temps at night already. On my list for next Spring.

Does CZcams have an award competition similar to the Emmy? You'd definitely win.
Future subject: show us your end-of-season process to drain drip irrigation, please.
Like you, Laura, I prefer cool colors in my landscape. But I fell in love with the hot color combination used at my dentist's building. They used the same colors everywhere (ground, containers, window boxes) with various plants. Purple (salvias, blue ageratum, Angelonias), orange (impatiens, marigolds) and I think reds. I may have drive back to take inspirational photos.
    What's happening to me?!

Aaron I love those opening, cinematic shots. They look like an opening to a television show. And Laura this is for a Q&A video but do you actually do all that digging, planting and mulching on your own when your filming? Because I know Aaron is always very helpful but girl, you got the power!💪
