Resetting my life for 2024 // Moscow VLOG

Join me as I try and revive my healthy habits for the start of 2024 (with occasional fails) 😁 I’m not the biggest fan of huge new year resets and I often just need them throughout the year whenever my routines slip which happens from time to time. December for me was going back and forth with the flu so around new years time and into January I tried to get my body back to feeling good, veeery gradually. Defo feel better and more on it now although it’s work in progress! Any questions or topic suggestions - let me know in the comments ❤️
