First time manager at a big 4 consulting firm: my experience, challenges and tips

One of the peculiarities of consulting firms is that as an analyst you might already be managing…other analysts. Probably unheard of in other industries but very common from my experience over the past 2 years in a big 4 consulting firm. I want to tell you my experience, the challenges that o came across and also what a good manager looks like in my eyes.
