Big corporations are in charge of communication & food available for purchase in jail & in prison. Many inmates try this tactic but don't know the law, but because they interpret their charges because of how exactly they read them and not what they cover as a whole. I'm sure he was the getaway driver and they came running to him after they robbed the bank. But, because he believes he could outsmart the justice system by the exact wording of his charges. Just because someone doesn't have a record don't mean they don't do crimes. Some just don't get caught. I believe him 50/50. He could not have known. But then he could have known; and just wasn't going to participate in the robbery. He is responsible of who he deals with. So if he is hanging with criminals; expect to be wrapped up in situations.
