During dunk camp in Lehi, Utah I was as able to test my standing vertical and max vertical. I recorded a standing 40inch vertical and a max 46inch vertical. I do feel that there is a little room for improvement, however the main purpose of the video is to show how high elite jumpers/dunkers really jump.

I will be uploading new videos very soon!
Your vert is definitely higher than 46. Like that guy said you got the top pretty dang easily.
Nope it's not 46 inches, it's more than 50+ because he dunked 11'8 with 2 hands
Dude you most likely have a 50+ you dunked two handed on an 11"8
I just touched rim for the first time today and I’m 5’7”
40Inch Standing Vertical. Dude my max is like 34. Mad Respect bro
lowkey have a vert higher than 46 inches
Im 73.6 inches 177lbs so pretty close in size. My vertical leap is 0.5inch so not that far away either I reckon
I've seen him reached the rim with the head, and he was standing. So he has 46 inch standing vertical. And he has like 55 inch running vertical cause his chin was above the rim in many videos. Also because he dunked in a 12 feet rim and he almost reached the top of the backboard. Sorry for my bad English but I'm Italian.
crazy!!
That man, Jonathan Clark. HELLO!
Thats unbelievable. So crazy
So crazy, bro , nice done
5 years ago I had a 26-inch vertical leap but I got lazy and stopped training. Now I'm back at it with a 15-inch vertical leap. The goal is to get 36 inches then 42. Your workouts have been helping so far.
Too much bounce!!!
Bro what is your go to ab/core exercise for explosiveness.
@jclarkthejumper Wow! What the bounce! What do you recommend between Box Squats vs Deep Squats for vertical training? What is the best effective? My bodyweight is 90kg. Now I can do Deep Squats 5x5 at 100kg. Should I keep doing Deep Squats with adding more weight 2.5kg in every workout? Or is it good time to move to Box Squats because it seems easier that Deep Squats with higher weight? Thank you!
This dude's fucking insane.
What doctor did your ACL surgery and how is it holding up to date? Was a hamstring or patella ligament used?
That is insane
Do u think weight vest or ankle weights help with vert when doing plyos or does it defeat the purpose of trying to move as explosive as possible?
