@@DovaSosa 34 is like the NBA avg bruh. Not everyone has it like that to get 40. I'd suggest building lean muscle in your core, glutes and hips if you haven't yet. Do this while making sure to make any weight gain minimal (basically try to lose a few lbs of fat before adding on any new muscle).

Well if we're being serious here, scientifically it's almost impossible for an average human being to have more than 50inch vert. It isn't impossible, but it's extremely hard to reach. And people who do are sometimes gifted with above average muscle and whatnot (I'm not very good at explaining, but if you search why it is almost impossible, you can see a video on it)

Jordan is different from every other dunker I can think because of the way he lands as carefully and controlled as possible after each and every dunk he attempts. He is saving his body from the extra punishment by doing this. That to me makes his dunks even more impressive because of his level of control from start to finish. Almost everyone is focusing on the dunk itself but not the landing.
