- Today I am sharing my tips on how to help your baby crawl. I will walk you through some of the benefits of crawling, some of the signs and stages of crawling and then some exercises you can do to help baby strengthen muscles to get crawling! (I am not a doctor or expert in this field, just a mom that is sharing things I've learned and what has worked for me).
What I may not have mentioned in the video is the make sure to give baby an environment that is safe to crawl and not to push too hard if baby is frustrated or not in the mood to practice.

Thanks!
Hie addie my baby is 1year6 months crawling using his stomach should I be worried
Our son is almost 10 months, he’s been army crawling for a while, we are doing everything possible to get get in all fours, he’s perfect according to his doctor, the chiropractor says he’s fine, we also got him an PT to help. She gave us some tips to help him got that muscle and improve his posture. I’m very worried
Army crawls can be a totally normal part of development, but if you're worried I hope PT gives you peace of mind, trust those parenting instincts!! I'm no specialist but you could try strengthening the hip flexors and lower abs to help. Things like side-lying and having baby roll over from that position should help. You could also try putting obstacles in their path to help them engage core and hips as they crawl over it.
Again - I'm not an expert in the subject matter!
Thank you
