yeah these views are amazing, and I mean that literally. I would love to be up there above the city, enjoying a peaceful quiet space where I can relax and collect my thoughts, while being seconds away from midtown manhattan
Nope - not for me. After a few weeks I'd forget to notice the view, and I'd be forever rearranging the furniture to keep the sun out of my eyes. Or wearing sunglasses indoors, and that's horrible.
As obviously budget is not a number one issue I wonder why each windows panel is not much wider in order to have a minimum of those vertical frames who are cutting the views . Imagine just with windows 3 time wider that would change everything . I am not an architect or an engineer so maybe there is a reason for that but I have seen houses with really wide windows so I do not think it is a big issue.
A 47 second video is what I expect for a cereal commercial, not promoting high end real estate. As far as I can tell this is a two room unit lacking both a kitchen and a bathroom.
