little bit misleading to imply that anyone can become immensely wealthy by simply employing resources, capital isn't free or accessible for most people who are straddled with debt because of circumstances outwith their control

Isn't NYC helping poor families with children to leave? They get "exported" to Texas with one year of rent money I've seen.

NYC has always been a social pyramid with big base of working poor needed to elevate the wealthy, and Billionaires at the "Tippy Top" as locals say.
Coronavirus raged thru crowded living conditions of the poorest NYC residents. Long ago NYC was #1 in Tuberculosis, and had outbreaks of Typhoid, Cholera, Dysentary... even Smallpox!
Health care for the poor would cost billions, so it never happened until the pandemic forced it to be covered just for Covid19 care. Democrats have the majority now, True Progressives calling for a vote on Medicare For All.

How is this the "story" of the building and all of 1 sentence discusses construction of it? The fact that a crane was snapped in half and hanging off the side of the building is a story in itself. What a waste.

wealth absolutely is a zero sum game. It's a measure of labour exploitation

That's total nonsense to anyone with a basic understanding of economics. Wealth is often created through mutually beneficial exchange.

I would be all for capitalism if everyone started at the same start. However, this have never been the case so why would I support it? Capitalism is just like Monarchy where some people are born blue blooded.

It’s your own fault if you don’t have the billions yet; life in general is a game and you either get good or die; quit labor bellyaching...
