It's a blessing that they don't have a balcony at that height as the wind speed at that height would tear off that gaudy designer dress you just purchased from the Versace Collection Cliché and the suicide rate would hit them once they realise that they screwed over the true friends, and cheated on the partner that really, truly and deeply loved you for a sterile environment that is rapidly becoming the reason why NYC is losing its authenticity. The appliances are indeed nice but too dark for the space. The kitchen would look awesome if it were bright like all places are doing with the white quartz, granite, etc.The place looks like the foyer of an office building with the columns and the modern look these places are doing nowadays. I prefer 432 Park Penthouse more. I don't believe you can crack the windows for even one, two inches to get real fresh air!
