It was 58 million last summer. But an apartment in some floors above sold for 24 million so the price wasn’t balanced anymore.

A lot of the people who own these apartments buy them as an investment and sell them when the market goes up, not ever even stepping foot in the building.

It is funny that when I see these high prised places I think that once it gets over $20 million it is just gold-plated versions of something you could get for much less. Probably my middle class sensibilities but I would not be comfortable in this beautiful place
