One thing you missed mentioning with Reina heat is that doing a proper EWGF whilst in heat won't use your heat bar like WGF does. It's worth at least still trying to EWGF to help reserve your heat.

Reina is one of the most lovable characters in Tekken 8. Though she is hard to master they made her fun to play and cute.

True. As soon as I saw the roster I was instantly intrigued "who's this?!" I thought. First character I tried and the one I try to main, even though she is so hard and I'm getting roasted quite a bit, but I hope not for too long.
Her design is so well done. So simple that it's strange to understand why she became popular so fast, but on a second look that simplicity is actually very smart design: the color choice and that little blue in the hair make her instantly iconic. I really like the dual colored jacket, which makes her a bit ambiguous, like a sort of yin-yang. But my favorite touch is the subtlest of all: the very tiny left grin that narrows her left eye a tiny bit and yet gives her that cheeky confident look. Brilliant, so much personality in such a small detail. It's more apparent in the story when she grins that way more openly.

I haven't had as much fun learning a Tekken character since Feng came out in Tekken 5. Reina is just so insanely interesting to learn.
Gota agree. Tons of mix ups. Tons of stance shenanigans. Unbreakable lightning throws. Heck I even like her b3 truffle shuffle stuff.
I just wish her hellsweep was a bit more threatening and that she had maybe a couple more CH launchers.
So this is where players come to sharpen their skeels I must figure out a evil way to never let my opponents discover this great and awesome tutorial. 👹

Dont play a character if you dont like them but reina is a harder character to play. If you want something easier than you shouldnt play her.
Down forward 4, 2 into heavens wrath is kinda fucked up. You get a homing move, you get a very fast and long low with her heat smash, you get a grab if you think they’ll do nothing, and if they jab you out of it they eat a meaty counter.
They can always grab you out though, but yes that stance is nuts in Heat mode as it should be because every character gets something cracked. Just the other day I realized that Lee gets all of his just frame moves in heat meaning you can do his 10 frame punish constantly which is like 47 damage... on a 10 frame punish.
@@Rhyhmx can they grab you if you do 3,4 in Heaven's Wrath?
@@giuliopugliese6952 yes - technically they can grab you out of any stance. Which is why I believe she has low options from every stance but they're kinda lackluster.

My guess is that they might be able to throw you in the initial frames
round start back dash into unsoku 4 if they twitched is my favorite heat setup lmao. ive gotten like 10+ perfects in ranked by steam rolling after that
