Great overview Mike 👍
I actually started a bit on Topanga when you passed the parked car on the right and one coming on the left. What a beautiful set of tracks!
Haha, yeah they came up on me pretty quick! Thanks for watching
Thanks for posting and tremendous video!
Yes!!! Mosport made the list, my favourite track!
Great community challenge for you would be time trials on the Nurbergring 1967 😎😎. That mod looks amazing!
Awesome content as of late Mike, greatly appreciate it all. Cheers 🍺
I really love the detail on the tt circuit Assen track by Nighteye87. Even though I’m biased (it’s my home track), the track is very detailed and the creator put time and effort into it for sure (even has a reverence folder with thousands of photos)
Donny Park really need to be put into the game officially, seriously the quality is astounding.
Excellent list as always Mike! 👍
Thank You for all the work you put into this,
I'm a Sim race addict.
My pleasure! Thank you for watching!
Great list, Mike! Happy to see the Glen on the list. my top 3 tracks ever!
It definitely suits your avatar :) Are you from upstate?
@@jchamber73 NYC transplant living in NJ
a fine list!
We stand with you Mike
Bikernieki from RaceDepartment is my most driven racetrack in AC and the only one where I've raced in real life (apart from karting). Such a great mod for my local track.
Agnis.. I just released a RainFX for the fascinating Bikernieki on GTPlanet. Check it out, if you're interested!
Awesome, thankyou.
Nice list. All hail the Glen.
I am a big fan of Sveg Raceway, despite it being a (mostly) fantasy track. Bags of character.
Great as always mick happy new year to you and your loved ones 👏👏👏👏
Thanks so much Phillip! And the same to you
Good list and I know you can't please everyone, but honestly my top 4 tracks are FatAlfie's Fonteny, Deutchlandring, Feldbergring and Thomson Road - amazed none found a place! Well, his and Lilski's are a step above IMO.
Anyway, I know lists like this are impossible to narrow down - love the channel, keep it up
Great List .... Thanks
I'm a gonna try em' all
Really good list here👌
Thanks so much! It was a blast make this video
@@SimRacing604 no worries mate. I need to get back to driving/making videos but I have exams coming up so I will make sure I have these tracks ready for after that!
Ah, Mosport.. my most local track, and one of my most-driven in AC. Funny that John still calls it Mosport, as many do. Rolls off the tongue much easier, for sure, haha.
Great video again, Mike.
@@paulmurphy7626 thank you Paul! I hope to visit CTMP someday. I have family in the area, so it’d be a good excuse to see them
hey thanks for these vids they help , since there is just an avalanche of choices ,, i wanna drive not download ..download..download...and hope its good..my time is short due to work n stuff so ya these reviews help me to drive more and hats gooood..watched quite a few of your vids thanks man cheers
NICE transition effect at 5:20 !
Can't argue that list! I agree any track lilski does is top notch! I drive his tracks everyday! His Calabogie and Bridge Hampton tracks are amazing. Great job Mike!
Forgot to ask where can I get the Ferrari 488 Challenge? Was looking for hours yesterday!
@@daveacorn782 in the other comments he said it was a limited offer by ferrari
@@boost3d831 Ah ok thanks for the update, to bad I would love to have this in my collection hahahaha, maybe it will get shared some day!
As ps 4 owner i've been playing asseto corsa with fun, unfortunately these beautiful track I could only dream about
Thank you Mike for the video. One question: are you using Sol as shading system for the clips on this video?
I definitely go for the classics, so Fat-Alfie is right up my alley. Thomson Road is well done, but then he kicks it up to 11 with Feldbergring, Deutschlandring, and Fonteny. He should have Battenbergring out relatively soon, and he's got Bremgarten and Mugello Stradale, among others, in the works.
Likewise, while you've got his Road America and Watkins Glen on here in their modern forms, LilSki's Riverside and Bridgehampton are simply stunning recreations of a couple circuits no longer with us. Trans-Am while on lockdown actually used both in their official virtual series this past year.
Might been said already but I really like Road Atlanta 2017, and Sebring. (Will share which one, soon)
I like Grobnik track - it's located in my home country and it is modeled pretty well.
Should give the TT assen track a go. It is a amazing flowing track. And the mod is really coming along, latest update really made it a beautiful track and comes really close to the real track.
yip, have to agree with the list
My favourite racedepartment track is Ottawa Motorsport Park.
Yeah, a lot of people really love that one. I need to give it another go soon
CTMP and Watkins Glen! Yah. On another note, what do you use to capture video. Thanks.
Hey Mike, since you love car sounds, I did a sound mod for the Bentley Continental GT3 '18. The car is available on the GTP Assetto Corsa Modding thread (make sure to update the car to the latest version, 0.60) .
Hey! Yeah, I saw your post on RD. Great work man! It sounds tremendous. Thanks for your hard work here
@@SimRacing604 Thanks man! More to come
Are these tracks mainly for GT racing? I'd be interested in an open wheeler list, if it's different from the above.
You should check Silesia Ring (Kamień Śląski). Very technical track with only one straight, first section is like Nurburgring, many people drive around this section completly wrong. This track is fast as driver in corners. Greetings;)
I will! Thanks for the recommendation
Appreciate that, track looks great thanks
Deutschlandring (by Fat-Alfie) has sent you a friend request...
my fav is either suzuka or bathrust. not sure if they're race department mods tho
Hey Mike
Good Vid dude
Quick question ,do you prefer playing on your monitor in 1080p to achieve higher possible Fps with High settings or
2k or 4k with medium settings for best resolution but at the cost of fps?????
I am running on a 2k ultrawide RTX2060 6GB I7 4470
@ Craig Dixon If you want a more immersive experience use your monitor on 2k if you are looking for performance use 1080p. I use 2k because my pc can handle it and it is more immersive. Looking at your pc specs you should have a nice balance between graphics and FPS count while using your monitor at 2k. But it is personal preference.
@@Hobbit180 Thanks mate ..Greatly appreciated
What am i doing wrong when downloading the tracks? Im gonna buy it in 3 days so i have downloaded those and when i open the files in winrar i cannot find them after that (sorry for bad english)
Mike, my friend, how could you not have made it a top 10 and include Riverside and Bridghehampdon. Not to forget Circuit de Pau, Croft, Belle Isle and a few more
My vote for Bridgehampton.
Thanks for the review. Noob question here - can these be downloaded on a console? I have AC’s Ultimate Edition on PS4.
No you can’t unfortunately
Thanks. Didn’t think so.
Extra points for proper Pronounciation of the Nordschleife!
1+ *
My favorite Tracks not on this list: Bikernieki, High Force, Shutoko Revival Project, Targo Florio by Abulz, and Transfăgărășan. If you can't tell I love long road circuits\hillclimbs which only really Assetto Corsa can do.
I think we need more Jumps 🤔
Yo do you have the car mod for this 1:16 to 2:09?
Yoooooo! First - again! Maybe! 😁
We are checking, we are checking....
Ok P1, P1 good job, really fantastic
@@pershooo Slow button on?
I have a hard time using race department. I can only see so little mods and I don’t really know how people find the mods I can’t find. Am i missing something? Are some of the mods in the “Forums” page where there is no red download button and not the mods page?
No, you just go to the Downloads section (linked at the top of each page) and choose your sim on the left.
IS IT STANDARD SOUND OR MODDED SOUND?
I just got assetto corsa and want to do the indycar stuff. When I load in track skins to download in content manager, it's says content not available or something like that. What do I need to do? Also, do you need any dlc packs for the indycar skins?
For the skins it should be just a direct drag and drop. Match the folders between what you download and the assettocorsa>content>cars>[car name] folder and they should show up in game
@@SimRacing604 ah ok, I was trying to drag and drop straight into cm
What about the tracks. Tracks like Detroit and Toronto aren't working
@@SimRacing604 now it's saying error cannot find lods.ini for car
@@fulcrum6656 depends on the source, but most likely you need to drop the folder you downloaded to assettocorsa>content>tracks
Seriously. Goodwood. How is that not on here bruh?
I had a whole video dedicated to that track a month or two ago. I love it
do i need to pay for racedepartment?
how can I get that ferrari you showed in the Watkins Glen clip?
Officially you can’t, unfortunately. It was a free car when you entered a Ferrari sponsored tournament earlier this year. Although I’ve heard it’s been posted to Facebook....
@@SimRacing604 ah ok will try to find it on fb then..
I known assetto corsa since the begin but never gone too in depth wasted too much time on console racer such as forza which I do like but AC is really the cream. I Gotta get those tracks asap and stop being lazy, sometimes adding mods can be tedious but hey TOPANG...PAZ.....PENG..... that track! Here I come.
Where can I find this Ferrari?
Unfortunately it was only available for a limited time as part of a contest Ferrari held
You can find it floating around Facebook if you ask people.
This sim doesn't have a single player campaign/season mode or anything does it??? Basically is it worth buying for single player with only a controller? I don't have a wheel yet
Assetto Corsa has Single player , online multiplayer and a career mode. It’s on sale right now for under $5 on Steam
It does have a "career" mode. where you start out with a Fiat 500, and progress from there. I've had AC since 2014, and I've never started my "career"
@
StonedRambo01 personally i play with mouse control, you can try if you dont like the controller
This game is the reason why I have a simracing rig right now. I bought it when I only got a controller and although I found it fun to drive, it's a complete new (and much more inmerse) experience when you play it with a wheel. For me, the price it's ridiculously low for what it gives you, and I really recomend you to try it with a wheel. You won't regret it.
@@MrBonger88 That's the standard edition, the ultimate edition is only a bit more and the one to go for.
