Giandel are the best for service above all their competitors and it’s a quality unit . Australia designed.. yes made in china . But still Australian !

My Giandel 1200W Pure Sine Wave was giving me an OL fault with no load. I had bought it second hand through ebay and it was about 3 years old from when the seller bought it. They didn't even try to troubleshoot they immediately wanted to replace it. They asked for a video and serial#. Since it wasn't under warranty anymore they wouldn't replace or fix it. They offered to sell me a used one for a discount but what's to say this won't happen again. Going to try and fix it myself as it is just junk now. If I have to buy another one I will but a protection plan for it.
