the instruction for the ice maker connection was not clear, i connected it to the TV antenna connector, then when i turned the TV on, the house exploded. thank God the owners of the house does not have my address or name, please be clear next time. great Unit by the way...
The instructions and the video state to raise the lever of the faucet to flush the holding tank. However, the faucet that comes with the kit does not allow you to do this.
Brian jEssentially, the current faucet needs to just be left open with the lever in the DOWN position until the tank is empty. This takes several minutes. The instruction book and video aren't very clear in this regard. Over all, it's a well designed and solid system.
Hello, I am sorry for this issue but on the red tubing, there isn't a do not pull/remove tag on it. Only on the black drain tubing. Please make sure that the tube is pushed in all the way. Wow this is so simple then stupid system I have have from watts Premier so many pipes and so much trouble all the time.

I have a question, I pulled a the red tube that said not to pull and it will not stop leaking now
