PSR has seriously impacted the off the pitch developements as well as on the pitch, the new training ground is one of those things, it will come in time.
Matty this training ground has been so unlucky for 10 of 10s of decades i (think) at one stage the ground was investigated .

30 odd million is the standard for a decent Premier league player these days. Its nothing special. Inflation gone crazy but the regs have never been updated. Man utd allowed to be 1 billion in debt but everyone else only allowed to loose what the PSR regs say.

Training ground was a sports ground back in the day it was called darsley park grew up playing on those fields .
Howe doesnât believe in a number 6 defensive midfielder position. He says something like if everyone is fit and pressing with hi-energy itâs not an issue. So I donât expect a 6 anytime soon.

Thiaw or Huijsen should be the CB's we target, lots of upside and the right age. Thiaw is a bit more advanced in his development. 30m is very good and probably under his value so 30m snap him up.

Newcastle have a horrid history of injuries. I remember Sir Bobby having about half the squad out too. And old Graeme Souness thought it was bollocks and forced injured players to play. This isn't a new thing but it definitely seemed to get worse last season l.
