If a relationship turns sour, whether it's a business relationship or a personal one, there's only so much you can do to try to rectify the situation. Sometimes the best and healthiest thing you can do is cut your losses and make a clean break. Moving on can be difficult, but it certainly sounds like this is the right decision for you. Breaking up with Pete and trying to remain business partners must've been a tough transition. Eventually when Pete gets sick of seeing you around he seems like the type to turn the screws on you to make you want out. Seems like you are at peace with your decision. Best of luck Sean!

My husband and I have had the same conversation, and we had it again today. The question is how far north Sean will go for a sale since we can’t afford to live near Orlando 🤣.
I think the furthest I have gone to this point is Ocala to the north? Regardless I have agent friends around the state now that I can refer out to or at worst - I can originate the loan for you and help with the financing side.
