Amy Bevilacqua - Elite 15 athlete, mum of 5 and 7th in the world at 50 years of age!

Age is just a number and our guest today proved that with an incredible performance in Nice at the Hyrox World Championships. In this episode Amy talks to us about how she keeps so fit, juggles her training with being a Mum to 5 children and her background in endurance sport that has provided the perfect base for Hyrox racing.
