Its sickening. Where is the communication? Where is the fucking radio communication. Pat Tillman 's team got engaged more than once in this incident. One from around 300 meters and then the humvee moved closer, dismounted and continued to fire. the rangers on the ground didnt bother positively identifying if they were friend or foe. they just wanted to be in a firefight. Pat's team did not return fire once. It was a deliberate attack on his position.

How the EFFF was this guy a "Ranger"??? AND, why is he talking about his private convos with Pat's Mom? I wasn't there, but I "feel like", there were a bunch of rank AMATEURS running around, maybe with Ranger tabs and all... FYI.. Pat Tillman was murdered. Three tight shots to the forehead; field doctors called it a murder; special snipers, outside Pat's unit, were attached for this mission; there was NOT ONE bullet-hole found in convoy vehicles or occupants (i.e. there was NO ambush); all Pat's gear, including personal diary, were destroyed. The list of damning facts goes on and on.
Pat was seen as a propaganda asset at his enlistment, and then see as a liability when he made his feelings about the criminality of the war known. The Administration then decided to "cash-out" on its investment and turn him into a War Hero/Martyr.
As commented below, the facts show Pat was killed by close up (150 ft. or less), well-aimed rifle fire. This guy states that of the 2 people killed in the "engagement," "one was an Afghan soldier." So is he claiming that Pat Tillman and the Afghan soldier were shooting at HIM?!?!?!?!? Remember, NO bullet holes in any US vehicles. Additionally, there an eye-witness, Sgt. Bryan O'Neal, who puts the lie to all of this.

Keeping 20,000-30,000 American troops in Afghanistan to do nation building with a society that lives in the Middle Ages just so little girls there could go to school was always a stupid idea - the US does not have enough money to do that.
Keeping an intelligence surveillance of the terrorist activity there, and Hellfire Ginzu knifing the terrorists that return to Afghanistan is by far the better way to go. There are numerous discrepancies surrounding Pat's death still to this day, and while Krakauer concludes Pat was _probably_ killed in a similar way this guy talks about, there are legitimate concerns it didn't go down like this at all, and Pat was shot from much closer range. There's a real likelihood more was covered up than what the Army led on. There's even a chance this guy was set up to be a fall guy, a patsy even, and he may or may not even know it.
Read the book, do you own research, search everything you can find, not just that book, or Wikipedia, or fringe stuff. Then come back and try to post that you are certain this guy is telling the truth; you won't be able to.

THIS GUY IS A LOOK AT ME DUDE at best
    As Mrtriffid said:
    This guy is lying.

You’re giving the us government way too much credit. What makes people think the clumsy U.S. government can pull off such crazy covert conspiracy coverups. This is a country that couldn’t conduct the 2000 election properly or get a bottle of water to New Orleans in 2005 after hurricane katrina. They split off when the humvee broke down, they heard gunfire nearby and got confused and spooked, it’s called the fog of war. The guy saw the afghani soldier with Pat and thought he was the enemy. Unfortunately Pat got dragged into the wrong war. He wanted to be in the justified battle to destroy the Taliban who harbored al qaeda who did 9/11, but by the time pat was done with training he had to go to Iraq and then got sent to Afghanistan to go after insurgents and fallout from the Taliban being overthrown. It’s a shame he couldn’t have been a part of the team that hunted down bin Laden eventually, because that’s what he really wanted to do. He wanted to protect our country by getting rid of the scum that perpetuated 9/11.

Part of NWO is extreme dumbing-down, to the point of making the sheeple walking brain-dead. "There will be in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak....Producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people, will in fact, have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel, by PROPAGANDA, or BRAINWASHING, enhanced by pharmacological methods.....And this seems to be the final revolution." Aldous Huxley (authored the "fictional" novel of totalitarian rule society) March 1962. "I really look with commiseration over the great body of my fellow citizens, who, reading newspapers live and die in the belief that they have known something of what has been passing in the world.....I will add, that the man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them; inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors." - Thomas Jefferson, 1807. "World events do not occur by accident, they are made to happen, whether it is to do with national issues, or commerce; and those who hold the purse strings state and manage most of them." - Denis Healey, former British Secretary of State for Defense. Wait. His immediate superior was firing rounds identified in the rock behind Tillman - but this subordinate, knows for sure it’s *his own round* that killed Tillman? That barely makes logistical sense since to ‘get behind’ implies ‘by passing by, or through’ whatever was in front - unless this commander was deliberately shooting solely at the rock - even then though, the soldier *with* Tillman said there was “no cover” in their position, and that the friendly’s moved to a better firing position - shouldn’t Tillman have been behind any rocks??
*My* turret gunner - meaning he was the driver, was firing a ‘particular type of round’ found in the rocks *behind* Tillman so it became obvious that BS BS BS crock of shit fantasy needed implementing in order to make it believable to everyone without a brain…….
……and shortly after that, we left the surface of Saturn to go and get donuts.
I’m glad he remembers it all with a chuckle and a big ‘old American smile though - that’s an extremely respectful and fitting way to recall all those hilarious Blue on Blue incidents, especially when you neutralise a PR Golden Boy and make a martyr out of him. Here you have a guy who was supposed be in the NFL who leaves to join up. For alot of these soldiers who were lifers in the military that pissed them off. That this guy can come in do one tour and leave and go back to make millions while they are stuck. They hated the fact Tillman was going serve and leave . Tillman was a person of the social structure of a representation of a goody guy of traditional american values of what he wanted people to see in him of the open public s perspective of Society s Icons. There were people on the same level that didnt like how he would over look his piers when he felt his actions need to be addressed of overall perspectives of the open public. From school to Football he had many that viewed him as an overkill of the public persona of being an Icon. I really believe this extended in his Service for US and with people of ego trips, the Military has them all. His death was likely committed out of the" I get you back you jerk or the daddy s favorite son antics" from members of his Unit as the shots fired was to intentionally say F you out of excuse of not knowing friendly in area. We all know these situations of the childish demeanor many of US had to grow out of due to not growing up as we get to be Adults, as in this case a few guys in Tillman s Unit knows what Im talking about and the guilt of not admitting the death came out of a childish antic of jealousy and envy.
