Here in the western world, many of us know nothing about sprouts, so this was most informative. It probably would've have been even more so had there been English captions to what was spoken but not included in the English portion of the video. Nevertheless, this is a keeper. I tell u my story...
I always thought that sprouts lentils are of no use...or only for poors.
I love to eat non veg ...eggs n heavy junk food.
But last year i suffered from serious digestive problems...i was hospitalized n took medication for weeks...no use.
Then i started adding sprouted black gram in my breakfast daily...i started getting back to normal....now i m 100% fine. I have understood that these grams are essential for our system.. because they help our intenstine bacteria to become solid...
Must include these sprouts in our diet in morning....

Yeah, I just stumbled that sprout better not eaten raw and find here, in this video why. Just like you I'm so glad that this video have English captions.

I have been eating raw sprouts everyday for my breakfast since last two years . Till now I haven't face any difficulties.
Raw sprouts are so bitter in taste. Don't you think. It's hard for me to consume or maybe they are spoiled, I can't tell

i had to use eat sprouts for one month its great for health but i have faced many problm with them it makes gas problam they r filling full stomach with gas its very difficult to digestion i have face many problns i want to know how to eat without any gas. there is any techinque for it plz tel anyone..

OK - she did. But if you sterilize the seeds with a T spoon of apple cider vinegar and a drop of dish soap in water for 10 min before first soak and rinse really well. Never had a problem with bacteria.
I think so too.......cooking it will destroy active nutrients.......
