This isn't the exact same thing, but in Logic, using Phat FX, you can assign an LFO in that plug-in to the filter cutoff frequency. This is in reference to 8:50

best way to finish a song is writing it completely before producing imo. just take an instrument, shape the songs form, have your hooks, melodies, maybe some vocal phrases etc. record it over a click and then produce.
