Icarus X USA 2016: Leg 2

This is the only video I was able to capture in flight during the 2016 Icarus X Race. Because the conditions were so rough, I didn't feel comfortable using the GoPro pole. All of my hand usage had to be devoted to active flying in order to keep the canopy inflated. As you can see in the video, I'm bumping around quite a bit.
I believe this video is from the leg of the race between the Poteau Airport and Buffalo Creek Guest Ranch in Talihina. In the background you can see my fellow pilots Ian Ahner and Ethan Vance.

Not sure how I never ran across your channel, but new sub for sure! Having a name of Trey is rare enough, but finding another Trey that does PPG, now that is rare indeed! I hope to do the Icarus at some point in the near future.
