The BEST Dumbbell Workout to Lose Weight Fast - Lose 8 Inches in 8 Days

- Everyone’s been asking for a super sweaty dumbbell circuit so we decided to add a dumbbell segment to today’s workout! In this workout expect to burn at least 650+ calories while hitting all of the major muscle groups in your entire body.
All you will need is a pair of dumbbells and your mat!
This workout will start with a stretch, then we’ll get into a full body HIIT cardio warm up, followed by our dumbbell circuit, and we will finish with a full body HIIT cardio burnout circuit!
These are straight forward compound movements with full range movement and standard tempo to allow you to perhaps lift that little bit heavier compared to if consisting of isometrics, tempo or partial reps!
