Great advice on practicing the footwork after the serve. Hardly ever gets talked about, but it's so important.

Nobody taught me this, but from just watching the pros I did all of these anyway. But it's great to see this to know I didn't miss anything basic. It gets more challenging when you play people above your pay grade, since the balls come faster, hence all these feet movements have to happen more quickly.

Same, I ended up doing all of these naturally without a coach. However, this video has been invaluable because I realise now that this is why I keep saying that I "get tired" during the matches and hence play poorly -- it's just the fact that I stop being active on my feet like Peter describes here.

So what is a boxer shuffle? Its it like the jump rope shuffle - because for your it looks kinda like you are just jumping while turning left and right..

After the serve, servers on the offensive mode prepares to go forward - not bring momentum backwards.

A LOT of wasted energy prior to split step that a 40 yr old+ player will feel in the third set.

A piece of speaker advice. Stop walking up and back. Stand still when talking. Pause when beginning to demonstrate. Keep things in chunks

Hey Mr only truth please don't tell lies here. In my challenge I had 1,340 people who got the challenge 100% free and decided not to upgrade to lifetime. I clearly state that everybody gets 48 hours of each day to go through the 3 Day Challenge and if you want to upgrade and have the 3-day challenge for life you can give me $37 which is not a lot of money
