Paruppu Urundai Kulambu
Ingredients
Toor dal - ½ cup (100 grams)
Chana dal - ½ cup
Moong dal - 2 tbl spoon
Dry chilli - 3
Ginger
Garlic cloves - 4
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Chopped onion - 3 tbl spoon
Chopped coconut - 2 tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Asafoetida
Gingelly oil - 3 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek - ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Onion - 1 (big size)
Chopped garlic cloves - 10
Curry leaves
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Chilli powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Salt
Chopped coconut - 5 to 6 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 2
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves

The untrimmed garlic cloves really bothers me. That is not clean. Cut off the stems on the garlic cloves please. This is always done in every style of cooking.
