    The guy built an elite physique and can actually put it to use as it's a pure byproduct of performance, great interview.

    You can determine genetics just by levers, he has good arms to torso length that makes planche easier.

    • @Michaelnz0812
      @Michaelnz0812 Před 2 lety

      Can you explain in detail? Shorter arms make planche easier? And shorter torso as well?

    • @krnseu5073
      @krnseu5073 Před 2 lety +6

      @@Michaelnz0812 long arms/short torso will make planche (hold) a lot easier, push ups with deadstop, presses, etc. Not optimal for movements like Van gelder/Zanetti.

    • @krnseu5073
      @krnseu5073 Před 2 lety

      @@Michaelnz0812 I forgot to tell you why ahah long arms x short torso will make you lean less forward to reach the center of gravity so less lean means easier effort.

      @Michaelnz0812 Před 2 lety

      @@krnseu5073 I have short arms but I took about one month and half is it just my genetics?

      @@Michaelnz0812 can I check your form? On insta or something. And it depends on a lot of factors, obviously if you already had a really good strength base it requires less time but I’d like to check you.

    Its a lot of work indeed but the guy is very small like around 1,55m maybe ?
    Its like the famous bboy junior, very impressive but i didnt find a guy with a height of 2 meters be able to achieve this.. your height has big impact on your gravity and balance
