The guy built an elite physique and can actually put it to use as it's a pure byproduct of performance, great interview.
Huge respect for Andrii.
Humble, personable, nice, approachable guy
Super amazing Cali athlete with unlimited scope for improvement.
Got caught in his powerful mindset to achieve no matter what gets in his sights.
not to mention his physical ability and capacity.
And a last huge THANK YOU to Andrii for the effort put into giving this interview in English for us to enjoy.
U know someone's built different when he learns how to handstand by straddle press.
Indeed lol 🤣
Looked with pleasure! thanks for the interview with Andrew.
Good interview. This deserves more views
Incredible athlete, this is the type og guy like Valentin and many others who you can hear didn't have an easy journey but have worked like crazy
Can't wait to finish this interview, so inspirational. Child from village!!!!!
Thank you Gornation and Andrey for the process value provided. You are doing god's work! Keep at it!
This guy is miraculous. He really shows what the human body can actually do.
so funny when he said "what the ___" lmao
I'm dead... He learn handstand by doing straddle press
You can determine genetics just by levers, he has good arms to torso length that makes planche easier.
Can you explain in detail? Shorter arms make planche easier? And shorter torso as well?
@@Michaelnz0812 long arms/short torso will make planche (hold) a lot easier, push ups with deadstop, presses, etc. Not optimal for movements like Van gelder/Zanetti.
@@Michaelnz0812 I forgot to tell you why ahah long arms x short torso will make you lean less forward to reach the center of gravity so less lean means easier effort.
@@krnseu5073 I have short arms but I took about one month and half is it just my genetics?
@@Michaelnz0812 can I check your form? On insta or something. And it depends on a lot of factors, obviously if you already had a really good strength base it requires less time but I’d like to check you.
Its a lot of work indeed but the guy is very small like around 1,55m maybe ?
Its like the famous bboy junior, very impressive but i didnt find a guy with a height of 2 meters be able to achieve this.. your height has big impact on your gravity and balance
600 HANDSTAND PUSHUPS UNDER 1.5 HOURS ....LOL 😅
