    Great video. I understood the lady as complaining "no water in the bowl" 5:19 "it stays empty" the water refill is not refilling, so feces would stick to everything. I would NOT want to see that cloths washer pump out its water into the sink that doesn't drain.

    That equipment should be worth 100 a clog plus 100 an hour easy! People don't get that tools like that cost money. On a side note the snake looks clean and lubed good for you! I spray ours down as I put it away and there's little to no rust surprise surprise. Something I use for electrical and even plumbing is a baby monitor. I know klein has the Circut tracer and it works fine but nothing beats placing a camera on a tester or drain and seeing what's going on from far away. I don't have to ask tenants if something is on or off/works. Cheap radio frequency non wifi no internet models work great from az. Heck check out resale/used baby clothing shops garage sales name brands dirt cheap. Hope it helps and keep your snake clean 🐍.

    If you put a torch on the cap for about 30 seconds heat it then try and unscrew it much easier “usually”

    Good hard working and on a Sunday! That sectional snake seems like a lot of extra hassle. Wouldn’t it be easier to keep all the sections attached?

    • @thehandymanexperience226

    Your front seat isn't far off what happens with us. I put a velocity pro gear van bag in my font seat or sometimes it's the husky pro vehicle office bag. It forces me to deal with my mess that's how I keep myself accountable.

    Really, Channel locks to remove what looks like a 4” plug. You need to invest in 24” ridged pipe wrench with a cheater pipe you can spin the world. All in all You’re still the clog master 👍👍

      I think I have a ridgid 18 inch but I don't have a pipe. I usually just use the Milwaukee cheater pipe wrench. I thought I was going to break the cover cus I couldn't grab it right. Thanks bro!!

    • @thehandymanexperience226
      @thehandymanexperience226  Před 2 měsíci

      No enough, $200 for a property manager. Keep in mind I have to give discounts to keep getting work

    • @jgg204
      @jgg204 Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@thehandymanexperience226 I hear ya. You could probably raise your prices up a bit and still get away with it. Maybe do $250, then the following year $275, etc. Gotta keep up with inflation. As long as you are $350 or below for main line clogs you will always get work. The property managers know you are still the cheapest even at $350.

    • @rtsolution11
      @rtsolution11 Před 2 měsíci

      $700.00 minimum, but I feel like you are charging what you feel you are worth. You present with very low confidence on every video. Step up your game and you will attract better clients. Yes I own and operate the same business model as you. Speaking from experience...I do not sugar coat. Honest feedback from a fellow business owner. Second thing is toss that idiot sectional in the trash, it is a complete and total useless time eating mess.

    • @jgg204

      @@rtsolution11 $700 for a cable snake is hilarious. but if you're able to charge customers that and they willingly pay that inflated price, all the power to you. you would get virtually 0 calls in Pennsylvania attempting to even charge close to that

    • @rtsolution11
      @rtsolution11 Před 2 měsíci

      @@jgg204 Sunday, commercial property, emergency weekend after hours is Double......period!!!! Not only do I get it, my clients gladly pay it. Apparently you have never had to have a commercial property water clean up and sanitize done. Thousands in cost, or pay the piper. You think because we are business owners our weekends do not matter?? I am supposed to leave my family, drive my van to somewhere, unload thousands of $$$ In equipment, years of experience to clear it, drive back, invoice, and wait 30 days for payment.
