Think twice before booking at VTP Pegasus
I already booked 2 bhk at VTP Pegasus but later on cancelled booking and my booking amount got stuck.
Below are the points need to be think/consider before booking:
1. It's located at very isolated location manjhri it's around 3.5 KMS from kharadi Eon it park
2. Project is started by Kumar builder's with name Kul Nation in 2013 but they stopped this project.
3. If it's started in 2013 and the possession was in 2017 but is that locality is not developed even after 7 year.
4. There is no residential, market place around 3 KMS of VTP Pegasus.
5. Road connectivity is also a big problem to reach, they are saying the roads are proposed but don't know by when it will complete.
6. Customer service is worst , for any queries/support they will not respond over email/phone call you have to visit their site office.
7. It will take at least 10 years to develop that location

Brother - No update as of now. I recently visited on site and they are still saying that road connectivity is still work in progress and it will be completed before possession. And I guess first possession will be in June 2022 due to COVID19
After 3 years, still road is not connected or completed 😂😂😂

VTP LATEST UPDATE
I was considering investing in VTP Beaumonde but after seeing the road accesses seems like vtp has made false promises which may or may not be fulfilled.
Eon will be only 2.2km away from vtp. I see two blockers , one due to Govt Bio lab and other due to Panchshil Helipad.
Kindly suggest, what to do.

Yes they have chooses 'Millennium Engineerings & Contractors' for the construction. This is the group which constructed not only Panchshil Towers, they have constructed Eon Phase- 2, Trump Towers, Pride World City, & Godrej Infinty too...
