Very good sir. -Road Starts from VJ Yashwin Orizonte ? But do they have land for a 6 lane road infront of VJ ? -Road 1 ke baad jo red patch hai usme kya kuch litigations hai ? -Kab tab road fully operational hoke milegi any idea ?
Yes, VTP has been delaying possassion for many projects, but the biggest scam they are doing is selling the flats in this township on the name of connectivity from kharadi with guarantee but once you buy the flat they will say we have no control on connectivity that's all in government hand..fyi I am one of the flat owner in VTP baemound.
@@hemantrathore2258 When you got possession in Beaumonde? I purchased flat in euphoria and now worried on this road connectivity to Kharadi. We have godrej builder also there are they not trying something on this road connectivity
Patches are pending for close to 5 years now must be some hard nut to crack for big builders like panchshil and solitaire

that township is not in Kharadi, it is in Manjari. Yashwin Orrizonte is last building which comes under Kharadi.
After few years all will be same.
