My question regarding VTP pegasus, builder is claiming that his construction is being done by Shapoorji Pallonji Group which is very renowned builder in not only in India but out of India as well. Just wanted to check whether it's true or just for marking/selling purpose they are claiming this?

Yes, but that is not Riverside road. This will connect to old road only, you will find little bit ease ahead to Panchshil Yoo Villa.

Hello sir, I visited the VTP Pegasus project today. They told me govt has approved the road from Pegasus to yoo Pune passing near river, but I am not sure if VTP is telling me truth. Can you please let me know how to check it, and I have one more question, do VTP deliver the product on time or they always make delay of 6mon to 1 year delay ?

I was also planning to buy property in vtp euphoria and beumonde now I am also not sure if they will be able to deliver it by 2025 as well.
