Very interesting!! I would find the noise irritating, but, as a motorcyclist, you probably aren't bothered by that. Your tires at 20+ mph are much safer than a regular bike at that speed since you can go right over a small road obstacle, rather than be thrown by it. I learned a lot. And you definitely purchased necessary items, like the mirror. Thanks! I don't know anyone who owns an ebike yet, but I do have a friend who went on a bike tour in Europe and chose the ebike option, figuring "why kill myself peddling when I want to have fun?!" 👍
When I saw that the bike battery was held together by tie-wrap, I just posted this comment and have no time for watching this video. The tie-wrap spoke to me😂
How do you turn on the back lights I like your video I just got a new one mine's is advanced I had the black one I would like to know what paddle is this mean
It would be useful to show you riding from a full stop to see how it accelerates on the throttle. I would also like to hear how/when the motor stops when in PAS 5 when you stop pedaling, e.g., does the motor keep going for a couple of seconds after you stop pedaling?
Im 5'10'' the center bar is too high. I must be very careful sliding forward off the seat. Also a bit difficult to get on and off. I wish i would have gotten the explorer. (Same specs, bit lower center bar) Other wise the bike is great (300 miles so far)
I like the Bee cool bikes, and I'm interested in one. Though I have heard lots of bad things about Bee cool, like there customer service is terrible, and technical bike issues. A bike reviewer broke up with the company after doing a few reviews on bee cool bikes, because of the customer service. What is your opinion do you think it is good to buy?
I’ve had no major problems with mine and I’m happy with my purchase. I mentioned in one of my later videos, you have two choices, buy your e-bike on line or buy from a local bike shop. If you buy on line you will save several thousand dollars, but you will be your own mechanic. Buy from a bike shop and they will maintain your bike for you but you’ll pay a lot more.
Good questions. I belong to several Facebook groups for ebikes. There are many riders that are using this bike for hunting. They add a trailer for towing their game out of the woods. The hub motor does make a humming sound so the bike is louder than a regular bike. As far as hills, it depends on how steep and for how long. Many people do ride on hilly trails with it though.
Great review!

You can replace the rear shock with a different softer shock. Many videos on that and where to buy. Not too expensive.

I have gotten this bike up to over 44 mph with PAS 9.
I own this bike. You can change the PAS from 5 settings to 9. Makes for much more variety and flexibility.
Do you like the bike?
I do. But it’s winter up here and I haven’t gone for a ride in a while.
how long to fully charge? also, any idea on how much a spare battery would cost?
Where did you find the square mirrors. I can only find the round ones on there website but would prefer the ones u have. Any info you can share
I found them on Amazon.
Ordering mine shortly they seem to have the best deal going from all the reviews I’ve seen

You’re right. I’m only 5’8” and it is high for me. Maybe I’m used to it. I have over 200 miles on mine and I love it.

where did you get the rear view mirror? I have one identical but I bought mine used. thanks
I found it on Amazon
Can you provide info or link where you purchased your bike helmet.
I bought it on Amazon. The brand name of the helmet is “Nutcase”. The brand is highly recommended.
how is the seating position? comfortable or do you feel hunched over?
I’m 5’ 8” and I feel very comfortable. It sits like being on a mountain bike but with a more comfortable seat.
Would you use this on very hilly trails? Is it quiet enough for deer not to hear

@@thelynnelife1893 Most of the noise is from the stock knobbies on it. I changed to Kenda Krusaders and much smoother quieter ride.
Hello sir, where did you purchase bike and how much?
I bought it on line directly from BeeCool last year. It was $1,700
What town are you riding through?
Paris NY
Beecool customer service is horrible! I regret buying my bike.
