- This film captures the construction site during the expansion of the Eildon Dam, circa 1955. Many construction vehicles are shown including cranes, trucks and bulldozers. There is also a scene of the Lake Eildon Tower shown almost complete.
Most of the film shows machines redistributing dirt. A sign in the film indicates that 9,000,000 tons of soil was planned to be moved.
