- Hello guys! Today Im sharing with you a three tiered quinceñera Cake all decorated with whipped cream! And to top the cake of I made whipped cream rose! I think it turned out super cute! And yes I literally placed each of the bead onto the cake one by one! But it was worth it! Now remember if you have any questions ask away in the comments! Absolutely beautiful work of art! From frosting each layer, then the delicate dance of picking up each tier and not disturbing the frosting. Each placement of sugar spheres (even not needed with such precision of undisturbed frosting). Then the nice touch of a non-green leaf was such a wonderful breath of fresh air in our baking community. Nice to see jagged edges of the roses, I can never get mine smooth, lol. This was a lovely tutorial, thanks hun.

What do you suggest for stability and not melting at venue ? Dairy or no. Dairy whipped cream?
Always non dairy cream. It's a lot more stable than regular cream.

Yes, I have a thin cardboard underneath each cake tier. It is not necessary to freeze the cake for stacking.

Hello, you could search for wiltons sizing chart that gives you a pretty good idea what different cakes serve 20-25 people😉

How you fix the top tier? When you’re putting it it was looking quite tilted. How you fixed it?
There is a thin cakeboard underneath each tier. I always just use the tip off my spatula to press down on it, if the cake doesn't sit right.

Hi, yes it will be fine. Just make sure to keep it in the fridge until serving it.

How long you chilled the cake before you stacked it?
Just until I have all tiers covered in whipped cream. I usually stack them right away.

I did not but if you plan on delivering it a long way you will want to add a center dowel.

The frosting is so stable. How long does it stay in a room temperature? I've tried whipped cream before but it deflated pretty fast.
I use non dairy whipped cream and It stays very well in room temperature. Link to my whipped cream video is in the description box below the video.

That is actually pudding. I use different kinds of pudding to fill my cakes.
