Which food colour you have used? And how much we need?
For this cake I used wiltons gel food coloring and just add as much as you like until you have your desired color.

Can we use liquid and powder colours instead of gel colours for colouring whipped cream?
I prefer gel food colors for whipped cream. You don't want to use liquid colors as that will ruin the consistency of the cream.

@@tluangi8876 Make sure to use non dairy whipped cream. It's what I always use and I've never had a cake melting. My whipped cream video is also linked in the description box if you're interested.

No they stay perfectly well on the cake.

I do not. I use non dairy cream which is much stabler than dairy cream.
