  • Hello everyone! Today Im showing you some of the real footage behind working with Russian piping tips using Whipped Cream. Whipped cream is such a fluffy and delicious (of course) cream, which makes it a little harder to get the perfect little flowers with the Russian piping tips! I hope you learned something useful again today, that you will be able to use in your kitchen!

    Is this whipped cream dear.... Because Russian nozzles always fine working with butter cream.... But lovely urs is perfect roses came out.. So i wanted to know is this butter cream. Big like from India🇮🇳

    Lovely cake. I have only ever attempted with American buttercream, with much challenge because of the consistency. It can't be too stiff or too loose and can be frustrating but if you get it right, it's really so pretty.

      You can use any clear alcohol and mix it to have a paint consistency.

      Yes, you want it a bit thicker when working with Russian piping tips.

    I also notice you are using a silicone piping bag. Do they help or hinder if you have warm hands?

      No I just use these types of bags because they are more durable.

      Hi! Yes, I do have a video up about the different creams I use and how I whip them up. The link to it is in the description box.
      As for coloring my cream I use either Wiltons or americolor gel food coloring. Just mix together whichever colors you want. If you mix them in after you have whipped the cream you want to use a spoon or spatula to mix in the colors.

      Hi, make sure to use non dairy whipped cream as those are a lot more stable.

      Add just a little heavy cream to it and mix that in.

      Hmm it might not want to stick as easily but I'm sure it would work nicely with some practice.

    Do you take orders for people in the United States Pennsylvania to be exact. My birthday is in March but since my husband passed away I have no one to order me a cake.     Can you pipe whipped cream flowers and freeze them like butter cream for lifting them easily?

      Yes, you can freeze them but you still need to lift them with a flower lifter. Freezing them actually makes it alot easier to place them onto the cake!

      It might not color the cream the same as gel food coloring but you can always try. If you try it, let me know how it works out!

    You are not moist your cake with water or sugar syrup..

      That is correct. I do not use anything to moisten my cakes as they are already very moist as is😉
