Great experiment, I love these tips! Sorry but couldn't help noticing that your icing seems a bit grainy and breaks, perhaps sifting the icing sugar prior to mixing (if you don't already) may resolve that or adding a bit more butter and mixing a little longer

If you do a Q and A vid, my question is: Do you ever have to start over or do you stress doing a cake?
I will for sure save this question for a Q&A! I stress over cakes all the time!! I always have a fear they're not going to work LOL! What most people don't know, is when I'm filming a cake that's my first time every making that design! So really anything can go wrong at any point. Luckily I've only had a few cakes that messed up and I had to start over. 😁 Thanks for the awesome question! I've never been asked that before!

Yay!!! I'm so happy you found them helpful!!! I tried to show them all in the best way to show off what they all really do. They're all really great in their own ways. Don't be afraid to play with them. I'd bake a dozen cupcakes and play around with them! You can scrape down the cupcakes and ice them again (that's what I do when I'm trying to figure things out!). Xo💕
