      I don't work much with fondant as I don't like the taste of it. I do like to add little fondant details to my cakes sometimes tho. I just always make sure the fondant details are dried out completely before placing them on the cake. That way they will stay nicely on the cake.

    • @eva_enns_17
      @eva_enns_17  Pƙed 3 lety +2

      I have never needed to add a center dowel so far and have delivered cakes up to 4 tiers tall🙈
      Since whipped cream doesn't freeze hard it's less likely that the cake will slide around much. If delivery were to be very far I would insert a center dowel but no need when it's not a long drive.

      Hi, I usually just spray the water at room temperature but cold or hot works too. It really is just a matter of getting the cream a little wet so it's easy to smooth out.

    Hi, I loved your tutorials especially for whipped cream cakes...I have a question, how long can you keep a whipped cream cake outside the fridge? Can you stack a whipped cream wedding cake, i mean a 3tier wedding cake night before the wedding day?...will it stay firm or it will melt? i need your advise please..thank you Ms. Eva

      @eva_enns_17  Pƙed 3 lety +2

      If you use non dairy whipped cream the cake will stay perfectly fine in room temperature for more than a day. Yes, you can stack a 3 tiered wedding cake the day before. I would just keep it in the freezer or fridge overnight.

    Love ur tutorial video, but pls can't u do the two tie without putting the straw in the middle, pls answer me, thanks a lot

      The cake would fall together with the heaviness of the top cake. You need the bubble tea straws and a board underneath the top cake to support the bottom cake.
