Ensure your UniFi Console is not running UniFi Identity Enterprise. If it does, you must remove your UniFi Console from your Identity Enterprise workspace first.
Only UniFi Console Owner, Super Admins, and Admins with full OS setting management can assign UniFi Identity features to users.
Ensure your UniFi OS version is 3.2.5 or later.

In my office we have unifi switches and AP. We are facing one issue network is stop automatically we are unable to ping to local system and after sometime it’s get back

You should first check their firmware are up to date or not.
Also one thing make sure they are reachable to DNS sometimes they get offline when they are unable to resolve the DNS.
Also make sure you don’t have any outages.
