I have given up on PPSK. So now what I am thinking is to create four different SSID's that each have their own VLAN ID assigned however, I want most of them to work on the 6ghz 6e band with WPA3.. I have a U6LR that can but the performance is awful even if you are standing 1 foot, 25 ' or 50' away. It is fed by a 2.5ghz port switch on my Mikrotik Switch_CRS310-8G+2S+IN. Ineternet is 1.2Gbps and router is pfsense on Intel i5 with 2.5 gbps port going to 2.5gbps port on switch. My i7 PC in the same room on 10g port to switch gets 806 gpbs internet speeds an U6LR gets 425 Mbps when all these devices are in 1 small room. Does anyone know a list of AP's that can do this and maintain WPA3 on 6ghz?
First of all U6 LR doesn't have 6ghz band you can either get U6 enterprise which is WiFi 6e 6ghz band or U7 pro/U7 pro max which has WiFi 7 6ghz band dedicated. now with PPSK you can have single SSID on 6ghz band with three different VLAN network each has different password.
@@techtalkandtechunboxed I know U6LR is not tri-band. Your loose WPA3 when doing PPSK that is why I don't want to use it. U6LR has poor performance so I am looking for a better AP that supports WPA3 when using VLAN mapping and 6ghz.
go with U6 ent or U7 pro max
@@techtalkandtechunboxed thanks. But I do want to point out that PPSK does work and is easy to setup BUT it does not work with WPA3 and the 6ghz band (6e) on many AP's and maybe all of them. One video said it is a standards issue .
I will try to test PPSK with WPA3 btw I don’t have any 6ghz APs

I mistakenly activated hotspot portal in my unify controller and all of access points are failing to adopt and my wifi ssid have been divided into two, one which is open and other which is secure and when i look into my wifi i only see one ssid how can i handle this issue help me

Hey, at the moment not available in India will be soon launch in Ubiquiti India store. If it’s urgent you can get from UAE.
is it possible to completely bypass the jio air fiber router and directly connect the outdoor unit to the udm pro ?
Looks like no we cannot bypass the Jio Router gateway as it is needed for their connection we cannot even setup as a bridge mode no options to disable the Wireless network. But I will try to test it once.

nice video. great to see networking videos from India. i have tp link load balancer but i am unable to set up 2 connections using airfiber and local ISP because local ISP is static IP. any suggestions please
Thanks for the comment. Please explain me more about your setup how do you configure the TP link load balancer on WAN2 you need to make sure it is on DHCPv4. Since Jio Airfiber you can’t bridge but it will always allow internet from WAN to LAN.

Thanks for the feedback, Unfortunately no we can’t setup in bridge mode. It is setup as router mode only where WiFi SSID is enabled cannot disable them.

Thanks for the video! I have a question... You created a Wi-Fi SSID for a network that is routed by the L3 Switch. How do you do that? In my setup, the VLANs (networks) routed by the L3 switch are not working on the ports of my UDM Pro SE.
It should work please let me know when you create a L3 network under Settings >> Network by default Inter VLAN network is created. Where is the switch connected on UDM SE ports? You can reach out to my email I can help with that.
