A true inspiration i struggled through myb1st phase of army training i wasnt the fittest of anyone it built myself resilience to not give up nor give in my dad told me a saying from my grandad dont let the bastards grind you down to were you quit phase 1 army training and it gave me so more confidence keep going as mark says minds stronger than the body dont give up either feet blistering phase 2 at larkhill my mind taken over feet was bleeding through my boots #issued boots i kept going for my cft 8 miler didnt give in ❤ it wreckd my feet but i kept going

One thing that is not talked about enough maybe is the fact that results don’t come in a flash. The mind needs to be aware that results take time. There’s no f&;&)n “abs in two weeks scenarios “

Great advice apart from no music and except the right people are not my sister or mum or family they stole from me and more selfish and more bad then anyone else around me so farkkk most people i have a few close friends that are actually good friends its all about money and your health ! Im happy at the beach surfing and eating nice food and training not listening to my familys selfish bs and money allows you to not work like a slave and have things that make u happy like a nice dam house and car and food all the nice things this guy has
