What he’s talking about @25:00 is called neuroplasticity. It’s basically re-wiring your neural pathways to undo bad habits & create new better habits. The brain literally undoes its neural pathways as you do less of a habit. And then as you build a new habit, the neurons re-wire themselves again. It’s pretty cool.

I haven’t had the attention span to read the books so I appreciate this video very much indeed. I think fear may be the opportunity.
I used to spout the same bullshit excuse as yourself, its not a short attention span,it's laziness. 0ick up a book,even if you can't remember the last page you read, just keep reading ,even if it's half hour a day,before you know it, you'll realise how much attention you have,and when it's needed,the knowledge you acquired will rise from your subconscious mind, even though you thought you hadn't taken it in at the time,,,trust me,you are amazing.
