He does not tell people "do x amount of this exercise and then eat this"; it is all about where you are coming from and work from there, with a healthy self motivated mind. You do not have to prove anything to anyone. It really changed something in my mind and I am grateful. I watched the original full interview and his words really stuck with me.

You know for all my 48years, people have told me " you can't do that" or " thats impossible" I love proving them wrong. The insulting thing is they then won't talk to me. It's not that I'm a bad winner, I don't rub their nose in it, they just don't like to proven wrong. I find alot of strength out of that. But there's always room for improvement.
