It’s been interesting following listings for a while and seeing some languish while others move quick. My wife doesn’t want to look at houses until we’re actually there, but there have been 2 houses she said she would almost have bought. One went for $60k over the asking price, the other went “Pending” about 20 minutes after the listing showed up in my email. In other cases, I’ve seen them sit for weeks or months with price cuts. 😅
