@@MadMalkavian there's a Thai movie called "Queens Of Langkasuka" and their cannon technology is super advanced for that time. Apparently, a Dutch scientist and a Chinese scientist joined forces, and they made pretty radical cannons, which were coveted by all parties in the movie. One has a cutter in front of the barrel, that cuts the cannonball into several pieces and making them more deadly... The spherical ball puzzle reminds me of that movie and cannon.
Woah That sounds...cool 😃🤯🧐 I must take a look. Btw. What is your opinion about potential use of chain ball in land battles, especially against infantary?
@@MadMalkavian sorry for the late reply. Chain shots are going to do it's work wherever it's used, but the question is, would it be ethical? At sea, no one is making the rules, so it's fine; but on land, use it and some higher order would've banned it like they banned crossbows. Out of the records, they might've used it to fight infantry units, especially when it involves a landing party, cause they are the ones who would readily have chain shots available. It's use though, is unrecorded, cause for most navy don't have any scribes. There's also the problems it posed when such shots are used on land... They would hinder the battlefield dangerous for both you and your enemies, due to tripping or trampling caused by the shots. I'd say something like a chain shot, should be left at sea, where it's going to be more useful.
@@memethief4113Bro. Stop with the engineering shame. Being a genius doesn’t mean you’re bad with people. Also tbh they probably wouldn’t care anyway cause they’re filthy rich
The challenge isn’t how they go back together. The challenge is controlling the weight of the pieces. The pieces of the ball and the brass jack are heavy. So trying to hold them in just the right way and sliding them into place starts making your fingers cramp up after a few minutes of trying. I have the ball and the jack. Love them both. They make great pieces to display on a desk or book shelf.
Ah yes. You see the Bandai millenium puzzle model kits comprises of several different kinds of puzzles...and some of the puzzle pieces actually incorporates this method.
I suspect that the pieces aren't as identical/symmetrical as they appear to be. Thus there may be a certain order/position in which each is to be attached. I would label them before disassembly.
So, essentially, to take the puzzle apart, all pieces must be moving at the same time, and start in the same relative positions. And then the same goes when assembling it again. Neat.
Have you done the crazy marble puzzle. It’s soooo satisfying. Took me a couple hours to solve it but the one that gave me the worst problem was the hanayama equa puzzle. It took me a good week and a half/2 weeks to figure it out. I read about someone who had the very same puzzle for 5 years and still couldn’t solve it. It’s HARD AF.

Love these videos. They allow me to enjoy puzzles even though I'm awful at solving them. God Bless brother
Its always fucking spinning can we get a difficult puzzle that doesnt require spinning?
This isn’t a puzzle, the solution is the most obvious first thing you think of trying
J
"Pretty difficult to solve"
Now, try making it.
I dont know about being particularly tricky in terms of solving it, but it does seem satisfying.
No.

Imagine one of these puzzles but with it being so precise in the cuts when it’s put together it looks like one solid ball with no seams
Necron style lol
Would be sick, I want
Possible using wire edm im guessing.
But then it wouldn’t come apart when you spin it
@@RollingxBigshotmaybe it could come with a mallet or something to smack it with to make it pop open
If these puzzles were used as cannonballs, the enemy would be having trouble getting their lines together again.
YES, DUDE, SAME!
I was thinking it the whole time watching te vid 😅

High accuracy, low tolerance
He said high accuracy AND tolerance, both of which you are lacking 😂
@@Chungustav it cannot have both, it's like a material being dry and humid at the same time, it's impossible.
@@Chungustav noob ahahaha

Easier than unhooking a bra.
Hahaha 😂😂
especially for the engineering majors who designed it

It's not that hard?
What kind of bras are you using?

I used to have a plastic version of this. one of my favorite puzzles.
Same here
The only puzzle I could have solved if I had my hands on😂
Doom scrolling had me think this was another Demon Core short
That’s what I thought immediately lol
First puzzle I solved, that too in seconds!
A perfectly seamless loop in the video is better than the puzzle. Nice work!!!
First puzzle , I was able to guess the solution right. 😤
Because it's obvious
I guarantee you that all the visual learners can do these puzzles in about thirty seconds or under
I had a wooden version of this. My favorite thing about it was spinning it apart lol
Figured-it-out as soon as you spin it.
Ah yes. You see the Bandai millenium puzzle model kits comprises of several different kinds of puzzles...and some of the puzzle pieces actually incorporates this method.
I have one and solved it, don’t remember having to do that?
I instantly knew the solution when he told us to spin it
The oh was loud when it went together, satisfying haha
Thanks for showing! It's so interesting, to break your head a little to solve the riddle!
Beautiful!
Saw Chris Ramsey solve this puzzle. You have to hold them just right.
This is the only puzzle I knew how to solve!
Amazing Puzzle...❤❤❤
I liked that dismandle portion very much
Reminds me of plastic puzzle balks I used to have. I loved them, but lost every single one...
I remember this puzzle as a kid but with a small plastic volleyball looking sphere

👍 An excellent and amazing multilevel antique! Thank you.
It was obvious as it came apart with centrifugal force.
When you pulled it apart gave it away
I need to buy this. The shape is pleasing.
This is awesome 👌 it's even better than some of these wooden versions of this & others like it
It was too obvious 😂
Really great puzzle gadgets!
This just seems logical. It's just skill more than a puzzle to put it together
Yeah this was an easy one i already knew but like you said still have to be precise
Give that ball wings

Yes, tolerance, a word that many confuse for toleration
Stripping also a difficult one.

Easy peasy: Just do the spinning separation but in reverse.
That was an easy solution that I figured out once it was scrambled. It was simple physics.

When a master engineer who failed art class makes a puzzle.
Its simple! arrange them at once
I think you meant to say low tolerance with high precision
I’m pretty sure that’s exactly how everybody who watch this video thought it would be solved
That's exactly what I thought
Yesss..that is right
Puzzles are simple. They go together the same way they come apart. Spin apart. Spin backwards to go back together.
I imagine you save it similar to the 6 peice star puzzle
Completely different and amazing 🧐
I bought one got bored of it and gave it away
