He is not showing his technic, but sharing the soul of music. Great Violinist, Great Musician !
his expression is very elegant
Omg he made it look like this piece is so easy to perfron when in fact I'm dying here trying to practise 😱 😱 😱
Agreed😂
I practice this piece by listening to this everyday and trying to mimic his beautiful phrasing and intonation
Same story🤣😭
just keep practicing
Same 😂
Oh my, you have my dear wife of sixty years swirling around the room...such profoundly lovely music and performance. Thank you both for your virtuosity.
Thanks for listening, Brian! We appreciate your support and love to hear the positive impact this music is having on our audiences.
Paul Huang is the one of most outstanding violinists I so much appreciated. He has been the Shining star.
Warm and brilliant performance. Whenever I hear Sarasate's music, I'm reminded of the Sherlock Holmes story, "The Red Headed League", where Holmes and Watson take a break to see Sarasate himself playing, before they solve the crime later that evening.
It's funny because every classical music fan here in Spain obviously know Sarasate but this reference to him in Sherlock Holmes book i think is totally unknown. I ve seen a lot of guys on youtube telling the same story between Sarasate and the Arthur Conan Doyle's character!!!
Oi, I remember that! I read that one in 6th grade and I remember telling my mother about, cause we’re Hispanic and I love Sarasate
One of the most beautiful compositions ever written
Ι dont know how is this guy.
But this is version is brilliant masterpiece.
Congratulations.
So beautiful
That's the 4k experience I dreamed about omg
Damn his wrist vibrato is so amazing and effortless, also his bow hand looks so effortless as well. On top of this is a really nice interpretation
but not the strength of Heifetz!
Hi, I'm from Spain and I've always had difficult to find a version of this Romanza Andaluza from Sarasate that fits with the spanish folklore. Spanish musicians have not been so rellevant in classical music and, obviously, it's not easy to find the essence (that's normal, we [classical musicians] are not used to that vibe). Listening to your version is listening to my country. I can listen Andalucia and it's folklore. Thanks for doing it. You got it.
the 3:09 is just perfect. There you got your instrument playing in perfect spanish
THAT CHROMATICS AND GLISSANDO AT 1:45 AHHHH
that nobility tho ağağğğğğ im gonna die
I am actually dying practicing this 😂
From 2:32, this piece stabs your heart with every bar
❤🤝
Always get goosebumps
it's really hard at first, but after about a week, you realize that it's not actually *that* hard
Yes!!! It's my favorite part to play now, it sounds gorgeous and it's not that hard! Saraste is amazing
yes
The Pianist is really skillful and experienced, he made the violinist shining as a star.
meraviglioso violonista, trasferisce sull archetto la sua anima, tenerezza, dolcezza, tutto quanto esprime questa soave Romanza ,interprete eccezionale, delicatissimo esecutore, infiniti complimenti! Geppina, 15 gennaio, 2021,sicilia
2:59 - 3:38. the piece is perfect. him playing made her even more beautiful. these parts touch the soul.
His performance is very graceful and that violin...wow! Sounds amazing!
such a brilliant and graceful playing! incredibly high level of performance!
So beautifuly performed, with such sensitivity & skill! Thank you.
I always cry when I hear this song. Beautiful!
Well - out of all the violinists (and good ones at that), only this young man, and Milstein, seem to remember that this is a dance, and they play it rhythmically, playfully, and with sensitivity. Everyone else beats it black & blue.

My favorite part is from 0:00 - 4:57
🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Which are the most famous women in classical Music History?
Bela Bartok and "Sarah" Sate
(Russian Joke)
hahhahahhahahaha lovely smile
2:28 ...?
Does anyone know what strings do you use?
gabriel choque for the violin you use (in order from left to right) G D A E strings.
@@deniskim5974 I think he asked what BRAND of strings he use...
looks like dominant
1:28.. what?! No movement from the hand but still produces vibrato? Or maybe a minor problem with the synchronisation?
What you've mentioned is likely attributable to very immaculate bow vibrato!
@@aidentheabsurd Except bow vibrato doesn't look like that when sounding the way it did. It's probably a synchronisation error. The uploader claims "live and unedited" and I believe that of the audio 100%. It's a solid Paul Huang performance alright, but the editor of the video confused us and could've done better with the camera angle/cut-to-piano for that part.
you are the guy
Is this handsome boy Japanese ?
He is Taiwanese, actually.
표정이 그냥 압권이네
송양헌 ㅇㅈ
he’s somehow like vengrov 😂
TotallyNotLoren not really... he is more elegant and modest
Nah, they're not similar.
Which Del Jesu is it?
The Wieniawski Guarneri Del Gesu.
he looks so sad
the worse performance
boring at best
The piece or the violinist's interpretation?
What
