This competition is for technical monsters, most of the jury like only Asians, who are just like each other. But Lozakovitj has unique sound and now already a top soloist and where are the Japanese winner?
I wouldn't say all the Asian kids are technical 'monsters', although there certainly are a lot of them. The joint 2018 Junior winners certainly have a lot more than just technique on their side, and I admire the maturity in their playing. Heck, Christian Li was 10 and he still sounds better than some (some, certainly not all) professionals.

There is another Swedish boy in this final, Johan Dalene, 15 years old. I don't think he will win. I think Kevin Miura 13 years old from USA will be the winner tomorrow, his playing in the semi was so good, he is a real professional...
