What I'd really like to see for the Angstrum is a damage increase each time the orb bounces, with maybe a couple extra bounces on top to make that effect stronger. A base bump to damage is sorely needed though, good heavens.
I would have liked for any of the AoE Incarnons to create napalm patches where the explosion occured. The Angstrum would have been a good candidate for that, since Cascadia Flare is a relevant thing.
If they absolutely HAD to make it an SMG, maybe it could have retained the same short-range trajectory of the rounds, but had the weapon act like an area saturation tool, firing off as if from three "duck foot" barrels, slightly left to right and then back to left, laying a carpet of explosions before you.
As someone who kinda likes that the bounce hits a single target multiple times in Magnetize (Punch through needs a 2nd target to reset), base dmg is the EXACT thing I want. I don't particularly enjoy charging it if there's no Mag/Xata's helping me out either, so I really hope it ends up feeding better dmg to Magnetize.
About the gammacor first evo. If you spend 100 energy you get two stacks of the passive which makes negative duration builds better since you will be getting energy from the synoid version.
I love Hildryn, but man she makes it hard to see the weapon being used.
Gorgon`s Incarnon was something i was hyped about but now im disappointed with it, i rather keep the Gorgon in its normal mode.
The Incarnon fires like a Lenz without the pre-detonating Elemental proc.
looks like some of the numbers on these weapons incarnon evolutions have already been buffed. I wonder if that hot fix near the end of the video is when some of the numbers were buffed a little bit
I think the delayed explosion is fine but the Charging could be removed for Prisma Gorgon Incarnon. Its very similar to Stahlta and Tenet Tetra yeah. I think it wouldn't worry me much personally. Gorgon and Angstrum are one of the incarnons I am looking forward to and while they perform better than they were, they really could use more buff. Angstrum needing headshots are still wonky af, but needing one or two headshots at near point blank is kinda not bad. I'd probably bring a tankier frame for Angstrum Incarnon though.
Boar prime gets its stat bumps , the incarnon is just extra juice tbh , I. More hyped at a higher crit auto shotty being more viable tbh , also that 20 base damage is applied PER pellet for 160 as its 8 base
The idea of “seeking these weapons for Plat to test the waters,” does seem like plausible. That and to test them with weapons that might not be as crazy broken as with other weapons we’ve seen up to this point. Still, I do want to get them all and use them if needed in Duviri (need to get Despair yet again after selling it alongside with other weapons).
As for the choice of weapons, I made the same call since out of the five, the two were seen as the best choices before we took the transformation into consideration. It is nice to see that it doesn’t change their placement (rather it seems to have enforced their placements).

Literally, my biggest worry about new incarnons is that they are doing the same thing as something else. It stops them from being unique to being what does the job better, which is exactly the case with the anku. I don't think more should be added unless their incarnon function is unique

I mean, they're all good in that they are solid upgrades. But they are also not meta like a lot of the earlier ones.

Gammacor is a great grouping tool, its like having a Proboscic Cernos but as a secondary, which is very nice to have.
@@TabbyVee it's really no fun to charge though, for a beam weapon and the usually higher multishot on secondaries, it feels very sluggish to charge.
@@excaligaming2435 beam weapons only get a damage and status increase from multishot, they dont actually fire multiple beams, which is why they take longer to charge

Many of these incarnon weapons are fun weapons but depending on how far you are in the game, they may be useless to you. The incarnon is sort of a band aid to make them usable past the beginning of the game, not to make them meta, which is perfectly fine. More choice is always better. Never been a fan of meta & being same-y anyway. That's boring. So anything that adds more choice for fun (the point of a game is fun, right?), should be ok. Or for the try-hards, look at it as a way to challenge yourself with a non meta weapon. Especially those who complain the game is easy...
Yeah build for status on the Angstrum, not crit. It still struggles a little against armor because no slash, but it does a much better job than what's shown here. DE telegraphed this pretty hard by offering the built-in CO in the 4th evolution. Stack that on the galvanized shot, run encumber, heat viral - enemies melt.
Maybe someone knows, when incarnons of this week will be repeated? in the end of this circle (6 weeks) or in the end of next circle in october?
Angstrum Incarnon I find to be much better with a similar build but with Galvanized Shot instead of Hornet Strike and Corrosive + Heat instead, it's quite good against Grineer and just fun to play

I don't really understand the design philosophy behind giving the weapons incarnon modes that function completely different from the base weapon. I really love the Gorgon because it's a high capacity machine gun. Why is the alt fire a charged rocket etc, and the explosive angstrum gets a rapid fire mode? I wish they'd at least pick something fitting, this feels like they're just spinning a wheel.
i think its meant to be an "alt-fire" mode that opens up design space. If they couldn't change the weapons functionality, then there's only so much they can change, and it kinda defeats the purpose of being an incarnon when it could just be an augment mod instead. if the functionality didn't change, then every incarnon would basically be the same: increased damage/fire rate, and maybe some status effect. well, thats the stuff they already put on the evolutions, so then they become redundant.
That's the design philosophy of basically every incarnon weapon, even the old ones.
The phenmor changes from precision fire semi auto to a brrrrrt archgun.
The laetum is a tiny semi-auto pistol to a full auto grenade launcher
The felarx goes from full auto shotty to a dual wield arca plasmor.
As long as it's fun to use.... but theye new ones just aren't fun.
Yeah since they are making us grind for "buffs" to fix power creep, at least keep the weapon identity.
The original incarnons I'm fine with it those are new guns, but primes have identity.

I was actually with you here, when I saw the presentation for the Angstrum and the Gorgon I was like: "Shouldn't these two have swapped modes?" Bullet-hose bouncing bullet gorgon with large bursty angstrum would make a lot of sense in my mind at least.
I picked the Boar Incarnon because two weeks ago I had gotten a god riven for it, and proceeded to create a 9 forma build around it. Then the Boar Incarnon dropped. This thing literally one or two shots most enemies in steel path easily, and I just save incarnon form for large crowds as it melts them almost instantaneously. I haven't had this much fun since the Nova/Amprex meta days.

feels like the gorgon and angstrum incarnons should be swapped
Sad to see the Anku Incarnon in such a sad state. Firstly, it might be the only non archwing scythe that actually looks like a scythe and not some 'pickaxe from the future'. Secondly, I've had a great Anku Riven for years and because of that Anku became my semi default melee weapon. I really was hyped for this Incarnon and now just... ehhhh. Glad to see the Synoid got some love though. That was one of the first 'gotta have it' weapons when I first started playing back in 2017.
i dont have that much time with the boar incarnon but the auto aim to the first enemies body regardless of actual aim really slows it down. hoping they can fix this.

this level of power feels fine for incarnons that are available for platinum. For someone interested in the quickest boost to power that platinum can offer, it’s definitely there.
They could be a lot more powerful but they’re hardly the weakest. They’re **fair** and that’s fine.
I really like the gammacor despite it being not super great by incarnon standards.

Why are some incarnons (like toxocyst) an upgrade, but others (like Torid & Gorgon) are completely different weapons? It's understandable if those forms served a different purpose, but it's just like: lmg, you're now a full auto shotgun or an explosive weapon with barely, if any, saving graces.
Would be nice if my shotgun transformed into a better shotgun, as opposed to a frikkin laser beam, especially for some consistency between mods for both forms.
Well granted, the original Incarnons were the same kind, with a shotgun turning into dual pistols and the marskman rifle turning into an LMG. Might just be because DE doesn't want this whole transformation gimick to be a boring powerup. Though yeah, the execution could be better on some weapons
@@klemen680 The original incarnons were new weapons, not old relics that they were trying to reinvigorate. Wanting unique & different flavors to the geneses versions is fine, but there should be sense around these "upgrades" to hold some identity to the older guns or create a synergistic follow-up into the transformation (similar to Vasto).

These are clearly meant for non steelpath players. Which is weird, because you get them from the ten-0 where you get the laetum and the others. That is pointless caution from DE.
Is there a way to increase the AOE pull area of the Gammacor?

@@empresscarrie6230 Yeah, me too, but there are so many maybes and exceptions with DE's modding system (let alone glitches and bugs) that one can never know.
I have a bit of a grind till I get the adapter for myself, but I'll eventually test it. I was hoping Zime might just know offhand.
if the angstrum was mag size it will at list be a S tier fun weapon for low level with how it works with multishot and charging it sadly its not and makes it meh
Just got back into the game and so sad that I have to wait a couple weeks for lex and torid.
i mean you have to admire DE for their effet to make sure they aren't doing pay to win (which of course people are crying no matter what DE did) but personally ied have loved them to be just a tad stronger or maybe go the other way and have them do wacky stuff may them still useable but now the weapons ragdoll like you just shot a blockhole at them or they turn the target that is hit in to minions for 10 seconds before they die.
Just need a new augment showcase and I'm all caught up and can go back to playing other games

I know this is totally unrelated but am I crazy for thinking chromas kit as far as his 1st 4th and passive lack luster and could use a update by now? Like yea his 4th is good for credits but that's all and I think it's about time for a fix. Also very disappointed in these new incarnon weapons very over hyped and very under whelming in fire power

You get them from collecting resources in duviri. One of them can be farmed in caves which is pretty rare. There is an intrinsic that shows the locations of resources while on the kaithe

That's a shame, was really looking forward to the angustrum incarnon. Always loved the weapon but, the accuracy and crit always let me down. If they just fixed those two things I would be a happy camper. But, even with the lock on fire balls the crit is just not High enough to be worth it.
Sad that they chose to make these incarnon's less powerful. It does make farming only the two "good" ones easier though.
Yeah i was upset at that Status thing on the Boar. and the crit options on the weapons were.... VERY underwhelming. Boar (Prime) is my absolute favorite weapon in game, so my excitement... has been less than amply rewarded.

Ok boat prime is kinda strong tho imo that incarnon is boring, the gammacor does seem interesting, a grouping tool is always welcomed+ it actually does decent damage
The circuit is a super mess with all the bugs, stealth buffs(maybe) to enemies, terrible ammo drop(I went out of ammo with an Incarnon Burston by stage 4, not tier for, stage 4), and with all that if these weapons availability for plat be a concern in their design/development count me out. Too much trouble to have them either way to get subpar stuff compared to the first incarnons.
i feel that all stats are so low because DE balanced them for rivens for some reason , and they didnt nerf rivens for other evolution's because they dont want community complaining before tennocon

They really need to get more creative with these incarnons…especially melees. Base weapon needs to kill steel path enemies without the incarnon mode and then the alternate mode needs to enhance the original weapon fantasy and not just plop in another weapons gimmick.

My prisma gorgon is objectively the best gun in the game... I don't even use a warframe I just tape the gun to a k-drive and drop it from orbit into the mission.
Personally I think DE we’re way too worried about people crying P2W so they made all of the plat incarnons way too safe to the point that most people wouldn’t actually bother getting them unless their playing Warframe pokemon or they just really loved that gun and this is just a slightly better version of it, I mean when the incarnon weapons are been out performed my normal none primed weapons you have to ask why did you bother making something as a “”upgrade”” but made it so weak?
Seems they were too scared by incarnons being meta…… 6% crit when others get 24%… how awful. I have a premonition this is post nerf stats to all incarnons incoming
Sadly that does seem like a possibility at this point, and I would probably just stop playing for now if it does turn out that way. Powerful incarnon weapons like the Torid, Miter, Burston, etc. have felt like a much needed shot of variety into the meta

Hate Incarnon is for light attack and Anku Incarnon is for heavy attacks. the lower damage shoudl be offset by the incarnon form bonus slash damage (although i dont think he know how much exactly it is) and the bonus range is so huge that youre hitting enemies that are off screen to your right or left. You just gotta SLIDE... SLIDE!

I mean, it's not super hard to get into Steel Path circuit to farm them. I see no reason why they shouldn't be powerful like the rest just because they can be bought. Guns have been able to be bought for ever and some are obviously better than others. Same with frames.

seems more and more to me like many incarnen adapter weapons are just gimmick toy effect like som pee shooters or adding shooting rainbows. imo that in some cases may be better then what is on some incarno verison 😂shows me that incarno farm for majority not worth it. except the very few inbetween.

I think DE shouldn't go too hard with incarnons. Too many of them means they will be just mediocre and uninteresting for the most part when it comes to creativity. I really dont care about the damage that much if it's useable, doesnt need to be top tier. But if it's just a copy paste of other weapons ill pass.

I get the first 3 weapons are underwhelming but does Brozime not know what Gun CO is or what? Why does he force Viral Heat triple elemental mods on every single weapon? And he's still using Seration mods even though he's the one that made a video talking about how that mod is kind of obsolete now (it really is). Why do I go to some random youtuber and watch Angstrum perform pretty okay there, then come here to see Brozime's bad build basically fail to kill the simulacrum enemies??? I just don't understand.
Being able to buy the new incarnons only ended up being fine because DE dropped the dumb as shit idea of adding them to the END of the rotation and instead used their brains and just inserted them into the next one. Imagine the shit show if these ended up being super meta and the only way to get them was wait a month or more OR pay plat.
Warframe is so cool. I have 1600 hours in it and I'll probably never play it again. Unless they do a content merge/purge or release a sequel. So yeah, never.
