I have already forgotten the name of the vegetable in the condensed milk. I never knew that it was made with other ingredients added. I think I would enjoy shopping where you do to see the variety of ingredients that I did not know about. Flan was my husband’s favorite dish!!! Pancet is absolutely my favorite dish but I have never learned to make it. I have a friend who would bring it to my husband sometimes when she came to give him therapy (after so many years, we became friends). I did not learn how to make it, though I am told it is easy. She would tell me that you only need to clean out your refrigerator and toss all the leftovers in the pan. Then I forget to look it up. When I have a kitchen again, I can cook what I want. I hope I remember pancet!
